How we handle your data.

The Tensaria Opportunity Assessment is designed for organisations with strict data governance requirements. This page documents exactly what happens to your inputs. No marketing language, no aspirational claims.

Data residency

Where your data lives

The Tensaria website and assessment tool are hosted on Vercel infrastructure. Assessment generation calls are routed to Anthropic's API. Both providers process data in the United States.

No Australian data residency is claimed. If your organisation has strict sovereignty requirements, contact us before completing an assessment.

Retention & training

How long we keep it

Anthropic: Tensaria uses Anthropic's zero-data-retention API endpoints. Your assessment inputs are not stored by Anthropic after the response is returned and are not used to train or fine-tune any model.

Tensaria: Your assessment responses are retained on Tensaria's servers so that when we speak, you are not starting from scratch. The person you talk to will already understand the challenge you are working through — you spend the conversation on solutions, not introductions. Your data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used to train any AI model.

In-browser sanitisation

What happens before anything leaves your device

If you upload a context document, all processing to strip file metadata and redact identifying entities occurs client-side in your browser before any network request is made. No raw file contents or identifying entity strings are transmitted to Tensaria servers or Anthropic. The core assessment operates on your structured responses and works without a file upload.

Session storage

Where your session state lives

Assessment progress and intermediate state are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data lives on your device only and is never transmitted to Tensaria servers independently of an assessment request. It persists until you clear your browser data or the session expires. Tensaria does not have access to your localStorage.

No tracking or ad networks

What we do not collect

The Tensaria website does not use third-party behavioural tracking, advertising networks, or non-essential cookies. No data is shared with ad platforms. Analytics are first-party only (Vercel Analytics) and measure aggregate page-level traffic — not individual user behaviour or assessment content. There are no retargeting pixels, session replay tools, or fingerprinting scripts on this site.

Your contact details

What we ask for and why

To view your full assessment output, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, and phone number. These fields are required. You may also optionally provide your company name.

Your details are used so that any follow-up conversation is worth having. Because we retain your assessment responses, the person who reaches out will already be across your situation — no re-explaining your context, no generic pitch.

Your contact details are not shared with third parties, not added to marketing lists, and not used for any purpose beyond that direct follow-up. To have your details deleted, email contact@tensaria.com and they will be removed within two business days.

Email result delivery

When results take longer than expected

If your assessment takes longer than expected to generate, you may optionally provide your email address to receive your results when they are ready. You can also stay on the page and wait — the choice is yours.

Single purpose: This email address is used only to deliver your assessment results. It is not added to any marketing list, not shared with third parties, and not used for any other purpose.

Retention: The email association is retained for a maximum of 30 days, after which it is automatically removed from our systems.

To have your details removed before that period, email contact@tensaria.com and they will be removed within two business days.
